Form of the gift voucher

🟢 Electronic gift voucher
After purchase, you will receive the gift voucher in electronic form via email. It can be used for online orders, in the physical store, or for services in the workshop.

🟢 Physical gift voucher
You will also receive the gift voucher in physical form by mail. The recipient can redeem it in person at the store or in the auto electrical and electronics workshop.

How does it work?

1. Select the desired value of the gift voucher.
2. You will receive the gift voucher via email and/or in physical form by mail.
3. The recipient redeems the voucher:
   - in the online store by entering the code,
   - in the physical store in Ljubljana, or
   - for services in our auto electrical and electronics workshop.
4. The voucher amount is automatically deducted from the order/purchase value.

Important information

• The gift voucher is transferable.
• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If the value of the service or purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid.
